EEC is looking for a professional knowledgeable in understanding of the Clean Air Act, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Superfund and Amendments and Reauthorization Act (Sara Tier II), Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC regulations) as they relate to Dominion natural gas operations, with a minimum 7 years’ experience in the environmental field.
EEC is looking for a Geologist/Engineer with experience in technical oversight of significant environmental investigation and remediation projects; significant experience working with the EPA, CRWQCB, DTSC, litigation support, and other federal, state, and local agencies; staff mentoring and oversight; business development; and excellent communication skills to join the Environmental Services department. This position requires a BS/BA degree and 10+ years of professional environmental consulting experience. Professional registration is preferred.
This position requires 10+ years of water or wastewater experience. Experience in wastewater treatment design is a plus. P.E. not required, but is a plus. Projects include industrial and municipal wastewater treatment, water reuse, and sewer collection system issues. Other qualifications and skills for the position include writing and communication skills, willingness to travel, and supervising staff-level engineers.
We are seeking a self-driven, experienced professional to conduct soil and groundwater investigations, groundwater monitoring, as well as supporting Project Geologists/Managers with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years’ experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of environmental science. Candidate must have excellent communication skills for client interaction.
