Joseph Jenkins of EEC to Present for WEF on the Implementation of FOG Control Programs May 30, 2019 1:00-3:00 PM (EST)

EEC will be presenting in an upcoming webcast hosted by the Water Environment Federation (WEF) on May 30th from 1:00 – 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).  EEC’s Joseph Jenkins will be sharing his expertise about the proper implementation of plumbing code requirements to prevent blockage of fats, oils, and grease (FOG) that can be accumulated in sewer lines. The abstract for the presentation can be found here.

Since 1928, WEF has been protecting public health and the environment. Their mission is to increase the awareness of the impact and value of water as well as improving water quality around the world. The WEF Webcast Subcommittee has planned a three-part series focusing on program development and regulations related to FOG.

Joseph Jenkins has 10 years of FOG control program development, management and compliance inspections experience. Joseph has performed more than 4,000 FOG inspections of food service establishments (FSEs) and grease interceptors in several cities and water districts. We are delighted to share our knowledge with the web series attendees.

Online registration is still available and more information about this webcast can be found here.
